Workshops are presented by community educator and keynote speaker, Rosemary Manning. As a resident of South Lake Tahoe for more than 30 years, Rosemary is an Energy Health Practitioner, practicing at her clinic, Tahoe Health Touch. Her education includes a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology, Reiki Master and Master Hypnotist.
