1. I need help right now! How long will it take to make an appointment?
Often, we can get your appointment within 24 hours after you request a phone session.
2. Can I really learn EFT over the phone?
Yes, learning EFT over the phone can be very successful. Rosemary's intuitive skills are very helpful while we do phone sessions, even though we are not face-to-face. And, you will be able to print out a very complete PDF file that answers many questions.
3. Will I be overwhelmed with emotions after the session?
It is not uncommon to feel emotions during the session. However, doing EFT usually diminishes negative emotions very quickly. In addition, we will do grounding and relaxation techniques that will help you feel centered and peaceful after your session.
4. What if I can't remember how to create the sentences that will help me with my issue?
During your session, Rosemary will be creating a document with language we create just for you and will send it to you after your session.
